CONTEST #2    If your system is not the oldest, you will automatically be entered into our "At-Large" drawing, for a chance to win a replacement system valued up to $6000.00!!! 

By Entering the Contest you agree to the following Rules:

• Our Representative must be allowed to do an on-site verification of the equipment age.
• Entries will only be accepted if they are from Tucson, Marana, Catalina, Oro Valley, Vail, Sahuarita, Green Valley and Tubac, no purchase is necessary.
• You must submit the full and correct address of the equipment, email address, name and phone number.
• You must own your home and provide us with written permission to install the system should you win.
• We must be able to pull a building permit to do the work.  Any fees for engineering and architectural requirements are excluded.
• Most minor code upgrades are included.  Major code upgrades are excluded, estimates will be provided prior to commencement of work.
• Additional or upgraded equipment other than the original system is available, but homeowner is responsible for the cost difference.
• Winner's equipment will be replaced with new equipment equal to what they currently have, i.e., furnace for furnace, air conditioner for air conditioner, heat pump for heat pump, package unit for package unit etc.  AC and Heat Pump Efficiency will be 13 SEER, furnaces with have a minimum of 80% AFUE.
• Qualifying systems must have been installed at least 8 years ago, and be currently installed and operational at the time of the drawing (minor repairs excepted).
• If you find it necessary to have us replace your system prior to the end of the contest, should you be the winner of the contest we will refund you the amount you paid for your new system up to the $6000.00 maximum. If you have your system replaced by any other company, your entry is void.
• No other cash payments will be made other than in the case of a system replaced by us prior to the end of the contest.
• Participants need not be present at time of drawing to win.
•  The winner(s) consent in allowing us to utilize your name and or photo in publicizing the contest and its winners and in verification of the prize giveaway.
• Only one system can be won per Owner/Address.
• Awards are at our sole discretion, and all decisions are final.  Employees and Relatives of any heating & cooling company or contractor are not eligible.
