Rite-Way Ventilating Co. is please to offer a valuable service to our customers; we are currently providing you the opprotunity to take advantage of our Energy Savings Agreement (Service Contract).  This service plan can be purchased on a yearly basis or up to five years in advance.

You invested a lot of money to install your heating/cooling system and preventative maintenance is one of the best and least expensive ways to prolong the life expectancy of your equipment and to protect against costly breakdowns.  Preventative maintenance is also a key factor in promoting maximum efficiency, comfort and safety.  Were you aware that some equipment manufactures require annual maintenance in order for their warranty to stay valid?  You may have an extended warranty on your equipment; this is another important reason to consider our service contract.

A FEW BENEFITS OF BEING AN ESA CUSTOMER:

DISCOUNTS – Service contract customers receive a 15% discount on all repairs.  Also up to (1) free pound of refrigerant is included per precision tune-up (if required).

PRIORITY SERVICE - Breakdowns become a remote possibility, but should you every need service, you get it fast.  We guarantee service within 24 hours.  Also being a Service Contract customer you will never be charged an overtime fee should you need evening or weekend emergency service.

SEMI-ANNUAL PRECISION TUNE-UPS – Our Energy Savings Agreement is designed to provide two system checks per calendar year, one in the spring and the other in the fall.  The first year includes three tune-ups approximately six months in between, in essence a year and a half of service.  You will receive a “Reminder Postcard” prior to each season to schedule your tune-up, if you would like to schedule your tune-up prior to receiving the card you may contact our office.

ENERGY SAVINGS – With regular scheduled maintenance, your equipment is certain to operate more efficiently and with less power consumption.  Clean filters assure maximum airflow while unrestricted indoor and outdoor coils make heat transfer easier.  Therefore, your system provides many additional years of safe, efficient and reliable service.
