My wife and I are verry grateful for the great service we received from the technicians who got our HVAC system going again! Safari Antoine for testing the finding problem and Carlos Gim Leon for installing a new compressor in record time. These men were great, answered all out questions and did their work professionally. Due to low water pressure, we are forced to have a water pump and it was very noisy waking me up when turning on at night. Cienega Plumbing convinced us to replace the 7 yr old pump in '24 as the new one would be very quiet. It was NOT. In '25 we tried Rite Way as the pump was leaking occasionally. The tech said that the pump was "on it's last leg" and off warranty but could last awhile longer. For $1500 he could move it away from the way reducing the noise significantly. It worked! In August the pump quit working. Rite Way told us they only sell Scala pumps but they come with a 5 year warranty but it they will have to rip out all that was done in '25 as it had to be placed on the floor. Had we been told this in '25 we most likely would have replaced the pump then & not throw away the $1500! The new pump is very quiet but when asking for something in writing stating the 5 year warranty, we were told that in fact it only comes with a 30 month warranty from the company and Rite Way will cover parts & labor for the first 24 months. This pump cost twice as much as the one we got in '24. There was also a scheduling problem as we were told on a Thursday the pump was available and could be installed Friday. We were told Friday it would be 8:30am Monday. Monday we were put off until noon (even though I'd told them it had to be early as we were leaving in the afternoon). I asked for a supervisor to call and apologize, explain all the problems but the only one to call was to tell me about the 24 mo warranty. There were NO apologies. From the first phone call thru service completion, we have had an excellent experience with Rite Way. They assessed our needs, helped us determine the best solution for our gas water heater relacement and then delivered and installed a quality product in a very short turn around time. Michael arrived with a wonderful personality and he worked efficiently in well over 110 degree weather to get the job done.
