I am very pleased to have contacted Rite Way for servicing my HVAC system. Within a short time from submitting an online request, I was contacted by friendly voices who got me scheduled for an inspection for the same day. Technician Charles showed as scheduled and took the time to hear and understand my ac problems and concerns and then he proceeded to check my system. He kept me up with his findings as he worked around, ready and equipped with all needed tools and even a/c parts. He explained causes of the problems and solutions and he was ready to perform the work right away, without pressuring, giving me the options and pricing. He was knowledgeable, friendly, congenial, attentive and professional. I was happy to have Charles get my a/c system issue resolved. It is very comforting to know they stand behind their guarantee if the repairs do not fix the problems. I do not know much about AC, but the little I know and the explanation he gave me, were enough for me to feel confident that he knew what he talked about, so I got scheduled for the work to be done.My AC is now working, quietly, smooth, and best of all, cooling down like never before. My 8 year old AC went out on a Saturday night and of course it was the hottest night of the year. I did not request emergency service, though I could have. On Sunday I contacted Rite Way and was treated respectfully, as though I was their top priority. Monday morning a very polite, professional, and knowledgeable representative came to my home. Marcus Knauss is his name. He quickly identified the problem and repaired my system. Within the hour we were up and running and cooling efficiently. Kudos to Marcus, and thank you to Rite Way for sending Mr. Knauss to my home with his 5-Star service. Highly recommend!

I always have a good experience with Rite Way, they installed my AC system a little while back and since then I have always used them for maintenance and such. Michael Contreras was the tech that came out this time and was quick, super friendly, explained all my options thoroughly and overall made the process hassle free. He did an excellent job explaining the issues he discovered with our system and he set us up with an appointment with a project manager. It’s just amazing all around. I mean your AC goes out in Tucson, you go into a panic mode, you starting to look, like a thousand company pops up, you don’t know who to trust or go with, we saw the amount of good reviews so we thought we gonna give it a try, next day they scheduled someone to come and fix it, he fixed it in 5 minutes, then we started to talk and we wanted yo buy a new one anyway, I guess we just needed that final push, the service man ( I am so sorry for not remembering names :( ) he gave us advice, and he said he can actually can get someone here to give us a quote, couple hours later ( and after we asked a 1000 questions sorry for that ) we were purchasing a brand new AC, two days later they were installing it for us. What amazed us is that from service man to sales man to service crew to repair crew everybody was super super super mega proffessional. In these days you are happy if you go somewhere and they say hello since the pandemic killed customer service. BUT these people man they were really above and beyond, 100% going with them in the future with plumbing or HVAC !!! Not to mention they had an amazing 0% deffered interest financing option, the whole thing was just WOW!!! Keep up the good work everybody who work there!!!!!! ( if you guys start to do landscaping please intstant let us know!!!! )

We needed plumber and based on past experiences we expected a long wait possibly of days in not hours. . Our plumber Brandon Miller arrived within an hour of our call. He knew exactly what to do and how to do it. Besides being fast and efficient, he was also very courteous and pleasant. We will definitely ask for him again when we have a plumbing problem.

I had a plumbing issue. Ronnie Stamps fixed the problem and showed me some trouble spots to keep an eye on. He even showed me how to turn the water to the house off safely because I will need to replace the kitchen faucet soon. He ran a camera through the pipes and showed me what I should not be sending down my garbage disposal. He fixed my problem and educated me at the same time. Very nice and professional. Highly recommend.

It was finally time to replace my old HVAC system. I now have this awesomely quiet Lennox HVAC and Lennox mini-split for my TV room. I've been with Rite Way for a couple of years now and have been very pleased with their timely service calls keeping my old system going. They also service my plumbing needs. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and professional. AC and plumbing service isn't cheap but Rite Way's premium service is more than worth it and I'll be with them for the long haul.

Yesterday morning I called Riteway Heating & Cooling to try to get an appointment. From that very first call to the end of the repair on the HVAC unit on the SAME day, I was totally impressed. Michael D came out at 1pm and was finished by 3pm. He was very professional, helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and very polite. He answered all my questions. Riteway even sent me a text and email giving the picture of Mike and offering his company license plate for verification if I wanted to check. At no time was I in the dark. Informed all the way from start to finish. I will call them every single time I need HVAC help. I am also, going to call for some plumbing issues I need to have taken care of in the new place I just moved to. My ac went out and I called and they were able to schedule me in right away. Johnny the technician they sent out was great and he was able to find and resolve the issue. He got the ac up and running again. I would definitely recommend Rite Way and Johnny for any heating and cooling repairs.

This is the 3rd time I've used Right Way in the past 2 years, once to completely re-route my duct system, once to fix leaky toilet, and now today to fix my a/c. I have them saved in my phone contacts because they are awesome. Period. Charles, Christopher, Ben, and all the gals in the office are just terrific. Brandon spent nearly an entire day Friday repairing our Trane gaspack which has failed. He even drove across town to get a major part that was needed from Trane so that he could complete the job. He is very knowledgeable and good at explaining the issues to a layman. We are very satisfied with his work. Good job!
Luis showed up and diagnosed our water heater problem quickly. He was then able to replace and install a new unit within 2 hours of his arrival. His expediency was fantastic and much appreciated.

AC works just great and they did a tremendous job on the install. Very satisfied overall.Just had my system maintenance done by Nicholas - great job and taught me some new things about how my wireless thermostat works to make the system even more efficient. Brandon Miller who did the inspection and the work, was courteous, efficient, and stayed in communication with us every step of the way, with the job. He answered all of our inquiries, until the job was done efficiently, and on time. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Their V.I.P. program is worth the value and pays for itself quickly.
D'Aarin was very professional. He performed HVAC maintenance. Told us that we could improve life of our compressor. He came and installed the kit and discovered problems with our electrical box. D'Aarin went above and beyond to solve our problems.
I’ve used Riteway for four years now. They installed my heating and cooling systems and have done all the maintenance for all that time. I recently had reason to give them less than a stellar review and now I would like to revise it. When their management became aware of my dissatisfaction I was contacted in order to discuss my concerns and to correct my grievances if possible. I’d like to say that they completely exonerated themselves by admitting they could have done better for us as VIP customers. They discussed my concerns and came up with a solution to address them and followed through in a convenient way. I’m happy to report that not only did they fix the issue and refund my expense for a part but I became convinced they would be the best company going forward to use for service, even renewing my annual service contract. I did check around with some alternate service providers, but I did not see anyone with the same level of value. Please consider this company if you have heating and cooling needs.
Oscar and Lorenzo were on time and very professional. They were polite when they arrived. They took there time to install a new Trane ac unit outside and heater in my garage. Oscar took his time putting the thermostat in my hall with the carbon monoxide alarm. My walls were not damaged which made me happy. When my heater was installed Lorenzo showed me what they did and how to clean the pipe with the brush they left so it doesn't get clogged. Lorenzo also showed me how to use my new thermostat as well. This is a great company with wonderful workers who are so professional with a positive attitude. We will be calling you guys up if we run into any problems from ac, heating, or plumbing. Thank you both for your hard work today and making sure you cleaned up everything when you were done. I was also given a portable ac to put in my home from Bill who came out to my home to make sure we had this all set up before the installation. Thank you Bill as well.

We've had RiteWay for our AC company for the past 20 years so when it wasn't working they arranged to be here to fix our trouble. Unfortunately, they unit was gone after 19 years. Peter tried to fix but wasn't possible so showed us units that are comparable with us choosing the best one for us. That was Friday with the unit on roof blowing cool / cold air that next Tuesday with 105-111 temps outside. Thank you Peter, Ben, Gabriel, Oscar & Lorenzo, also the crane worker. Just had another positive experience with Marcus Knauss of Riteway Heating, Cooling and Plumbing. He came out to address a concern with the air filtration system he installed in April. Found and promptly fixed a problem at no charge. Great service.Previous review: Marcus Knauss performed our 6-month HVAC service today and was thorough and good at explaining things He caught a small leak from a condenser pipe and also presented an electric air filtration product which I purchased. Riteway is fortunate to have him on staff,I had semi-annual HVAC service at my hone today by Cody. Very thorough and professional and listened to what I told him. Once again a very positive experience with Riteway.Previous review: I had a periodic HVAC checkup performed very expertly and efficiently by Jorge Aguayo. Jorge took the time to very clearly explain the various parts of my air conditioning system that he checked and adjusted. Gave me some very useful advice on blower settings (Circ vs On vs Auto). His expertise and advice really added value. He was also very personable and came across as genuinely caring about having satisfied customers.
Rite Way hired Gio Carrera, which was a great choice for the company. He is polite, kind, and considerate. He did a thorough inspection of our AC system. Install team was coordinated and got water heater and new AC installed in one day. They listened to my desires and the new installation was exactly what I wanted; a huge improvement over the previous install. The team worked hard until late and got the whole thing completed in a day. Even worked around the resident rattlesnake! Very professional installation.
My technician was Johnny Guerrero, and he was extremely professional and polite. He was able to diagnose my system quickly and I could tell he had my best interest in mind when suggesting different options to fix the problem.

Peter from Rite Way came out when I needed a second opinion about a repair job another company that had serviced my AC for the previous 6 years insisted I needed. The other company was clearly out to make a quick buck and made me distrustful of the entire repair process. Peter was prompt, professional, and patient while showing me all of the different components and explaining their function while diagnosing the problem. He spent nearly 3 hours on my roof in 100+ degree weather and found several shoddy repairs from the previous company and ultimately, the root of my current problem (which was not at all what the previous company recommended). He showed me the problem, ordered the parts I needed, and came back to do the repair the following day. I am so grateful for Peter and the Rite Way team. They saved me a ton of money, time, and exhibited such integrity throughout the entire process. All of my future business will go to them now.
