Everyone at Rite Way engages in the best customer service - from the staff who answers the phones and does scheduling - to the installers and other personnel. Our AC stopped working abruptly, and a technician was sent that day. Turns out we needed an entirely new AC system. The scope of the work was explained, and several options were provided for us to choose from. The install went well. ALL workers were on time and professional and provided high quality work. They were responsive to all our questions and concerns...
