Really enjoyed Shane’s service call. He was super professional and showed such a depth of knowledge. So enjoyable to discuss things with. It is obvious he is passionate about what he does. So cool and shows the quality of people Riteway hires! Many thanks. Another great experience with Riteway.  We had a whole house filtering system installed approximately 2 years ago.  During a regularly scheduled hot water heater service, the tech checked our filter system and realized it was missing the pre-filter which they now include on all systems but didn't back then.  While I was expecting to hear a price from them to add it on, he said, "the cost is all covered by Riteway under your warranty."  WOW!  A team came right out and after substantially reworking the system, added in the pre-filter.  Again, no cost to us.  Very few companies are this customer focused. Very professional service, knowledgeable person, efficient, on time, I am very satisfied with the visit and your company. Daniel Ramos is a true gem! He arrived on time. He got everything done that was asked to have him do. Sink in bathroom drain, kitchen dishwasher, garbage disposal, clean out. Water heater, drained and checked temperature on water heater adjusted.
